Alison Baxter, AIA

Alison Baxter, AIA, has extensive project management, programming, master plan, and space planning experience on a wide variety of building types, with a particular emphasis on educational and institutional projects, including theaters, courthouses, and libraries. Her background includes new construction projects and renovation and preservation projects.

Currently, Ms. Baxter is completing a planning study for the University of Pennsylvania's Hill College House in Philadelphia, PA; a master plan and phased project implementation at Nassau Presbyterian Church in Princeton, NJ; and numerous renovation projects for Princeton University. Recently, she served as Project Manager for the renovation of the 1960s Paepcke Auditorium at the Aspen Institute in Aspen, CO. She was also Project Manager for the new 75,000 sf Public Safety Building at Rutgers University, for the new 100,000 sf Middlesex County Family Courthouse, and for the renovations to the Middlesex County Courthouse. She has developed extensive programs and overseen space planning for the Pingry School Academic Arts Center, the Pennington School Campus Center, and the Princeton Charter School.*

Ms. Baxter holds a B.A. in Architectural Sciences from Harvard University and a B. Arch. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is the Chair of the Hopewell (NJ) Historic Preservation Commission.
